Job Title: Regional Sales Manager East (Beauty Industry)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our business across the Eastern region. Candidates must have relevant sales experience specifically in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or related Beauty Industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in sales growth, distribution management, retail expansion, and team leadership.

Total Experience: 6 - 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and business growth.

- Manage and expand distributor/dealer networks across East India.

- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the regional sales team.

- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen brand presence.

- Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of sales experience, with mandatory experience in the Beauty/Cosmetics/Personal Care industry.

- Strong experience handling East India markets.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.

- Strong understanding of beauty product distribution, retail, and market dynamics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience with premium/branded beauty or cosmetic products.

- Strong distributor and retail network across Eastern India.

- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

- Candidates without relevant Beauty Industry experience will not be considered.
