Position Summary

As Regional Sales Manager for South India, you will lead business growth and distributor expansion in key markets, focusing on Hyderabad and Chennai. You will oversee the entire sales cycle including identifying new market opportunities, appointing and managing distributors, and driving sales KPIs to build a strong regional market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and distributor growth targets in the assigned region.

- Identify and onboard new distributors, building and maintaining effective distributor relationships to maximize sales potential.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and distributor teams to enhance productivity and achieve performance goals.

- Monitor regional sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities or address challenges.

- Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches and product positioning.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align regional sales efforts with broader company initiatives.

- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the sales operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in MLM, Direct Selling, or related industries such as Office Automation or Insurance.

- Successful track record in sales and business development with strong regional market knowledge.

- Expertise in market expansion and distributor recruitment & management.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel frequently across the region as required.
