Job Description: Regional Sales Manager Appliances (Channel, Dealer, Distribution)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our appliances sales across the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing channel sales, dealer networks, and distribution channels within the appliances industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors and dealers, and executing regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network within the assigned region.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines.
- Manage the regional sales team, providing leadership, motivation, and guidance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of proven experience in channel sales, dealer management, and distribution in the appliances industry.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the latest appliances products and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
