Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager West to lead and manage sales and operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across the region, including COCO and Franchisee stores. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and SOP compliance, while ensuring strong execution across stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales and operations of EBOs across the West region.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency across the retail network.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, operational guidelines, and brand standards.
- Oversee merchandise performance, stock availability, and sell-through.
- Lead store staff recruitment, training, performance management, and daily operations.
- Execute new store launches, ensuring timely and smooth go-lives.
- Monitor and strengthen distribution networks and retail execution.
- Guide and mentor Area Sales Managers (ASMs) for consistent performance delivery.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with franchise partners and internal teams.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to drive corrective actions and improvements.
- Align merchandise strategies with regional fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Support overall business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in retail operations and sales, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
- Strong experience managing EBOs (COCO & Franchisee models).
- Proven track record in regional sales management, store operations, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
