- Lead and drive OEM & B2B sales for Aluminium Flat Rolled Products across the assigned region.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in line with organizational goals.
- Manage and grow key OEM accounts; build long-term strategic customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the regional customer base.
- Own regional revenue, volume, and margin targets; ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals.
- Oversee pricing strategies, high-value negotiations, and long-term contracts.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, quality, and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements to drive strategic decisions.
- Review and present regional sales forecasts, MIS, performance reports, and business reviews to senior management.
