- The Sales professional will be responsible for driving business growth, client acquisition and solution selling in the AIDC industry.
- This role requires strong technical knowledge of labels, barcodes, RFID technologies, hardware devices, and AIDC software platforms, along with proven consultative selling skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers across target industries (Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, F&B).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
Solution Selling:
- Understand customer pain points and design end-to-end AIDC solutions (Labels, RFID tags, barcode systems, automation & vision systems, AIDC software).
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams for customized proposals.
- Upsell and cross-sell hardware (scanners, printers, handheld terminals, RFID readers), software (RFID applications, asset management, track & trace), and consumables (labels, ribbons).
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with pre-sales and technical teams.
