We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our mortgage loan business, specifically within the affordable micro-housing segment, for the Delhi region.

This pivotal role requires a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the mortgage market, a proven track record in affordable housing finance, and exceptional team management capabilities.

You will be responsible for developing business, managing a sales team, and expanding our footprint in this crucial segment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to significantly grow the mortgage loan business within the affordable micro-housing segment across the assigned Delhi Region.

- Team Management & Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, target achievement, and customer-centricity.

- Network Leverage: Effectively leverage existing customer networks, builder relationships, and channel partners to generate leads and drive sales.

- Promotional Activities: Plan and conduct targeted promotional activities, campaigns, and outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and generate new business in the affordable

housing sector.

- Portfolio Quality: Maintain strong customer connect throughout the loan lifecycle and ensure the maintenance of a high-quality loan portfolio with minimal delinquencies.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the affordable housing finance sector to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Compliance & Operations: Ensure strict adherence to all banking policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements for mortgage loan disbursement and servicing.

- Extensive Travel: Undertake extensive travel within the Delhi region to manage teams, meet clients, develop channels, and oversee business development activities.


Required Candidate Profile:


- Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong focus on the affordable housing segment.

- Educational Background: Preferably an MBA degree.

- Leadership: Proven team leading experience with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.

- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the mortgage loan sales process, customer acquisition strategies, and portfolio management.

- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the affordable micro-housing finance market in Delhi.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and channel partners.

- Results-Oriented: A strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Location: Willingness to work extensively and travel within the Delhi Region
