Role Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager ( North & South Region) will be responsible for driving advertising and media sales revenue for sports properties across Digital, OTT, and TV platforms. This role is focused on media monetization and ad sales packaging .

The ideal candidate will come from a media sales or media buying background, with prior experience working at media agencies or media houses, preferably with exposure to sports related advertising inventory. MBA is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional revenue growth through media sales and advertising solutions

- Sell and package digital, OTT, and TV advertising inventory for sports properties

- Work closely with media agencies, brand marketing teams, and advertisers

- Develop customised media solutions and integrated ad packages aligned to brand objectives

Pitch sports-led media offerings including:

- Digital inventory

- OTT integrations

- Broadcast advertising

- Branded content and media partnerships

- Build and manage strong relationships with:

- Media agencies

- Brand marketing heads

- Advertising decision-makers

- Structure deals, negotiate commercials, and close high-value advertising contracts

- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets

- Coordinate with internal strategy, planning, and content teams to deliver campaigns

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

- MBA is Mandatory for this role

- 6 to 10+ years of experience in media sales or media buying

- Prior experience with Media agencies & Media houses / broadcasters

- Strong experience in:

- Selling and packaging advertising inventory

- Digital and/or TV media monetisation

- Working on brand and agency-led sales cycles

- Exposure to sports-related media or sports advertising is strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of:

- Media metrics (reach, impressions, CPMs, ROI)

- Digital advertising ecosystems

- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of targets
