We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations and drive business acquisition across the assigned territory.

Please note: This role will focus only on sales and business generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional sales and business acquisition initiatives

- Manage and drive a team of 35-40+ sales professionals

- Achieve business volumes of 35-40 Cr

- Drive monthly revenue generation of 10 Lakhs+

- Expand channel partner and customer networks

- Monitor sales productivity and conversion performance

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies

- Ensure achievement of sales KPIs and business targets

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in financial product sales

- Proven track record in team handling and revenue generation

- Excellent sales leadership and business development skills
