Role Overview

As the RSM, you will be the strategic owner of regional sales operations. You will translate corporate objectives into actionable field strategies, focusing intensely on the four pillars of Direct Selling success: recruitment, training, retention, and field execution, to ensure market penetration and revenue targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables:

- Strategy & Profitability: Develop and implement comprehensive regional business strategies focused on maximizing market share, achieving sales targets, and ensuring overall regional profitability.

- Network Expansion: Identify and strategically onboard new distributors and consultants in emerging markets, actively expanding the reach and quality of the independent network.

- Channel Performance: Strengthen channel performance by conducting regular business reviews, utilizing performance analytics to identify gaps, and implementing corrective actions to boost distributor efficiency.

- Field Execution: Drive high-impact field sales, promotions, and the execution of regional marketing initiatives to support the distributor network in generating retail sales.

- Capability Building: Deliver robust capability-building programs and hands-on training sessions to elevate the professional skills, product knowledge, and leadership abilities of top distributors.

- Market Intelligence: Analyze regional performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize product mix, pricing, and overall business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- MLM Expertise (Mandatory): 8+ years of experience in Direct Selling / MLM companies, with a deep, practical understanding of the independent distributor business model.

- Core Competencies: Strong expertise in distributor management, channel development, and field training.

- Track Record: Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets and successfully drive business expansion in complex territories.

- Leadership & Drive: Must be a self-motivated, strategic thinker, and results-oriented professional with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
