Role Overview:

As the RSM, you will be the strategic owner of the regional sales operations. You will translate corporate sales objectives into actionable field strategies, focusing intensely on recruiting, training, and motivating high-performing distributor teams, scaling the customer base, and upholding best-in-class compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables:

Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement regional sales strategies tailored to the Hyderabad market to aggressively achieve and exceed ambitious business targets.

Network Leadership: Build, train, manage, motivate, and mentor large, independent distributor/associate networks, ensuring high activity, retention, and sustained performance from key leaders.

Performance Management: Lead, coach, and inspire sales teams (both employees and the independent network) to ensure high performance and alignment with the company's growth vision.

Growth & Retention: Drive targeted strategies for new customer acquisition and long-term retention specifically through MLM and direct-selling channels.

Analysis & Reporting: Analyze regional performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize promotional deployment.

Compliance: Ensure complete compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards across all regional sales and network building activities.

Key Requirements & Ideal Profile:

MLM Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with proven, substantial expertise in MLM companies/brands and the direct selling model.

Functional Knowledge: Strong, working understanding of MLM business models, distributor network development, and complex compensation structures.

Track Record: Demonstrated track record of successfully achieving and exceeding challenging revenue targets and driving scalable network growth.

Market Insight: In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Hyderabad/South India market dynamics and consumer base.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
