About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) to lead sales operations in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing distributor networks, and scaling business operations through proven MLM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Build, train, and manage distributor/associate networks.

- Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams to ensure high performance.

- Drive new customer acquisition and retention through MLM channels.

- Analyze regional performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with proven expertise in MLM companies/brands.

- Strong understanding of MLM business models, distributor networks, and compensation structures.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad/South India market.
