Role : Regional Sales Manager Location: Chennai Experience Required: 15+ years Key Skills: Regional Sales , Field sales , Sales negotiation , sales target , B2B sales Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. - Set clear sales objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics for the region. - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team. - Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans. - Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. - Lead negotiations with major accounts and close high-value deals. - Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences. - Oversee daily sales operations and ensure effective CRM utilization. - Monitor KPIs, generate regular reports, and analyze performance data. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the sales funnel. - Manage regional sales budget and allocate resources efficiently. - Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. - 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, - Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
