Role Overview:
A global premium coffee brand is expanding its footprint across South India and is looking for a results-driven HoReCa Sales Leader to spearhead growth in the region. The role will focus on driving sales, expanding coffee machine placements, and building long-term partnerships across the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and QSR ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially strong professional with deep HoReCa experience and a proven ability to scale B2B accounts across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Market Expansion:
- Achieve sales and coffee machine placement targets across South India.
- Drive market expansion initiatives to increase brand presence and penetration.
- Identify new growth opportunities across key HoReCa segments and cities.
Account Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Acquire, onboard, and grow HoReCa accounts including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and QSRs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, service quality, and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with supply chain, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support promotional activities, launches, and brand visibility initiatives in the region.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and share insights with leadership.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of B2B sales experience within the HoReCa segment.
- Strong existing network across Hotels, Cafés, Restaurants, and QSRs in South India.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and machine placement targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multi-city territories with frequent regional travel.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
