Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Sales Head North to lead sales operations and business development across the North India region.

The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key telecom accounts, building high-performing sales teams, and achieving business objectives in a highly competitive and evolving telecom market.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own and drive the P&L for the North region across all telecom products and solutions (enterprise mobility, broadband, IoT, voice/data, etc.

- Lead regional sales teams to exceed targets for revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.

- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with national goals and market dynamics.

- Build strong relationships with key enterprise clients, government bodies, and channel partners.

- Identify new business opportunities, large deals, and strategic partnerships in the region.

- Ensure effective funnel management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, presales, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to shape go-to-market plans.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the telecom or enterprise connectivity sector.

- Proven success in managing large regional territories and leading high-performing sales teams.

- Strong understanding of telecom solutions including mobility, MPLS, SD-WAN, IoT, cloud communication, etc.


- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to planning and execution.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with frequent regional travel.


Preferred Qualifications:


- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

- Experience working with large enterprise clients, government sectors, or telecom infrastructure

projects.

- Prior experience with top telecom service providers (e.g., Airtel, Jio, Vodafone Idea, BSNL, etc.)
