The role is to meet the expansion plan for a fast growing reputed organisation in online education space providing high end industry relevant programs designed and delivered in collaboration with world class faculty and industry   - Responsible for managing and growing relationships across B2B business for western Region  - Geography ownership of sales and relationships with organisations across IT/ITeS/Banking/Manufacturing/Retail   - Plan and execute sales targets & relationships with organisations across region  - Consultative sales, for online programs, platforms and enterprise training   - Working directly with the Business Head for enterprise business   Requirement :   - 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, consultative sales, account management   - Ability to manage CXOs, CHROS level conversations and relationships preferably with an exposure to online business in EdTech/Education/Learning/Training.   - Attractive Target linked sales incentives over and above the salary to reward high performance
