Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

- Own revenue and AUM targets for the assigned zone.

- Translate national strategy into regional business plans and execute effectively.

- Identify emerging market trends and new distribution opportunities, including digital/fintech channels.

Channel Development:

- Build deep relationships with banks, national distributors, regional distributors and online platforms.

- Expand penetration through innovative campaigns and new product launches

Product & Marketing Collaboration:

- Provide market intelligence and feedback for new product ideas and campaigns.

- Partner with marketing for local events, seminars, and subscriber education initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure all sales practices meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.

- Oversee distributor due diligence and periodic reviews.

Financial & Operational Control:

- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and cost efficiencies.

- Monitor and report AUM growth, channel performance, and key metrics to national leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing or equivalent.

- 10-15 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in mutual fund or wealth management sales leadership.

- Proven success in multi-channel distribution and AUM growth.

- Strong understanding of SEBI/AMFI guidelines and market dynamics of the respective zone.
