Responsibilities Broken Down by Focus Areas
1. Business Development
- Drive targets across all products
- Help RMs cross-sell more products to existing customers.
- Conduct joint client meetings to help close deals and deepen relationships.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of business - not just quantity.
- Recruit, train, and build a high-performing RM team.
2. Customer Experience
- Resolve complex queries escalated by RMs.
- Promote alternate/digital banking (internet/mobile app, call center, etc.).
- Provide doorstep banking when necessary for top clients.
3. Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain all necessary MIS reports (calls made, conversions, meetings).
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training.
- Strictly enforce risk, compliance, and process adherence.
4. Team & Leadership
- Motivate the team through recognition, rewards, and clear goals.
- Coach individual RMs for performance improvement.
- Conduct structured reviews and manage appraisals on time.
