Description: A Regional Sales Head is responsible for overseeing and driving sales within a specific geographic area by developing strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and analyzing market trends to meet sales targets and revenue goals. Key duties include setting quotas, coaching and training staff, building client relationships, creating sales plans, and reporting performance to senior management.

Core responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategy: Create and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.

- Lead and manage a team: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet performance expectations.

- Set sales goals: Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the region.

- Build client relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.

- Analyze performance and market trends: Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and study competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.

- Budgeting and forecasting: Prepare and manage the regional sales budget, forecast future sales, and report on financial performance.

- Collaborate with other departments: Work with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

- Ensure customer satisfaction: Address customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the region.
