Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to support and expand our franchise network. The role involves end-to-end business partner (BP) management, driving enrollments, and strengthening our presence across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong networks within relevant communities to identify and attract new business opportunities.
- Review and analyse sales reports, leads generated, and conversion metrics to drive performance.
- Manage and support Business Partners (BPs) to improve enrollments, profitability, and overall business growth.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, profiling, scheduling appointments, conducting meetings, performing needs analysis, delivering pitches, closing deals, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Drive referral generation and continuous lead flow.
- Oversee infrastructure setup for new BPs, including branding and marketing collaterals, connectivity, IT/software setup, staff training, and compliance documentation.
- Support BPs in boosting student enrollments by conducting seminars, workshops, and training sessions at colleges; provide ongoing knowledge support to counsellors.
- Maintain regular communication with BPs, address escalations, meet students when needed,
and resolve concerns with professionalism and tact.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise sales.
- Background in the Education or Training industry.
- Graduate or MBA preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative team player with strong negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
- Proficiency in the regional local language is mandatory.
