Job Title: Regional Sales Head - Commercial Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad (covering all locations across Gujarat)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business across Gujarat. The incumbent will be responsible for spearheading sales strategy, building strong market presence, developing key relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. This is a niche and individual contributor role with high visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth for Commercial Real Estate lending across Gujarat region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, channel partners, corporates, and HNIs.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess client requirements, and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Collaborate with credit, risk, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environment to optimize sales approach.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, governance, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent in networking forums, industry events, and client interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 8-12 years of proven experience in Commercial Real Estate lending / Corporate lending / Structured finance.
- Strong network and established relationships within the Gujarat real estate ecosystem.
- Excellent sales acumen with demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a niche, high-value, and strategic profile.
