Regional Head (located in Hyderabad).

Location: Hyderabad.

Are you a dynamic sales leader with experience in Home Furnishing? We are looking for a Regional Head to join the fast-growing team a brand transforming comfort and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and revenue across Hyderabad, focusing on home furnishing.

- Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Manage distribution networks and appoint new distributors as needed.

- Lead GT, MT & Institutional channels while ensuring top-notch customer experience.

- Guide and mentor regional teams to exceed KPIs.

- Analyze performance and present strategic insights to leadership.

What Were Looking For:

- 8-10 years of experience in Home Furnishing.

- Proven track record in sales, market development, and distribution management.

- Background in OTC, FMCG, or lifestyle/healthcare products is a plus.

- Strong leadership, communication & market analysis skills.
