What You'll Do:
- Own and drive regional sales strategy aligned with the company's vision.
- Deliver committed revenue targets through strong pipeline management and deal closures.
- Engage with senior customer stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Sales / Account Management team.
- Drive accurate forecasting (customer-wise, BU-wise, month-wise).
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive transformation and growth.
What You Bring?
- 12+ years of experience in Sales for Telecom Industry.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Proven leadership experience with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across the organization and drive large-scale programs
