Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with Inspirit Vision's business objectives for the Indian Subcontinent and Middle East.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
2. Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business expansion.
3. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and presentations.
- Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and requirements.
4. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads and prospects into active clients.
5. Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting Inspirit Vision's value proposition.
- Customize proposals based on client needs and market trends.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of Lead Generation Specialists.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
7. Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing materials.
8. Data Analysis:
- Analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation performance.
9. Client Feedback:
- Gather client feedback and insights to enhance Inspirit Vision's products and services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a focus on lead generation (10+ years experience).
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity domain and Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge of the IT and technology services industry, with a specific understanding of Inspirit Vision's offerings.
- Strong understanding of the Indian Subcontinent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
