We are seeking a Regional Sales Director - Enterprise, a senior sales professional, to drive strategic sales and business development for executive education programs in Bangalore and South India. This is an individual contributor role, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset to own the South India market, develop a robust account strategy, and be fully responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Market & Sales Strategy: Take complete ownership of the Bangalore and South India market, identifying and developing high-value business opportunities. - Account Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan and go-to-market strategy for enterprise clients, including market segmentation, target account mapping, engagement strategies, and revenue forecasting. - Enterprise Relationship Management: Leverage strong existing relationships with GCCs and IT industry leaders to position as a trusted executive education partner. - Consultative Sales & Solutions Selling: Work closely with organizations to create customized executive education solutions aligned with leadership and business objectives. - Revenue Ownership: Fully own and drive sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and enrollment goals. - Market Intelligence: Develop deep insights into corporate learning needs, competitor offerings, and emerging industry trends in Bangalore and South India. - Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring consistent follow-ups and deal progression. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and program delivery teams to refine value propositions and enhance client engagement. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales, consultative sales, B2B sales, executive education, or corporate training sales. - Industry Relationships: Strong network with senior decision-makers (CXOs, HR/L&D heads, and business leaders) in GCCs and the IT industry in Bangalore and South India. - Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets as an individual contributor. - Go-to-Market & Account Strategy: Expertise in developing and executing structured account plans, market segmentation, targeting, and sales forecasting. - Corporate Learning Expertise: Deep understanding of leadership development programs, professional education, and corporate training needs. - Ownership & Accountability: Ability to independently drive sales, create account strategies, and take full responsibility for market growth. - Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and digital sales strategies. - Self-Starter & Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable managing complex sales cycles.
