Regional Sales Development Manager  Grade: Senior Manager/ Deputy General Manager  Education: MBA  Preferred Industry: Cigarette, FMCG  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  - To plan, direct & supervise S & D transformation and ongoing Sales Development and ensure that the S & D strategy is executed in its essence in the Region/Branch.  - To devise Sales & Distribution strategy to drive S & D KPI’s in the Branch. This includes formulation & execution of Channel strategy (Grocery/Convenience/Dealer/Rural Sales, etc.) for the Branch, Dealer Loyalty programs, Sales Automation efforts, S & D Infrastructure quality & development and other related areas.   - To Lead Change Management initiative (to move towards best in class S & D systems) in Region/Branch including introduction of new S & D processes, their roll-outs & implementation of Learning’s from pilot projects. Ensure Buy-in from Branch Stakeholders on all key initiatives, timelines and resources required.   - To drive Wholesale Distributor Management processes, monitoring & controlling WD ROI, Subsidy, Incentives Budgets, etc.  - To monitor and measure cost benefits of targets and ensure periodic reporting to Head Office.  - To coach & train all Sales Managers & Area Sales Managers and direct reportees in effective S & D Design & Implementation capabilities. Provide direction & coaching to Sales Team on desired focus areas.
