Regional Relationship Head - Project Finance - Project & Structured Finance Group

Position: Project finance-Regional Relationship Head(PFSG) (8-13 yrs)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic professional for the Project & Structured Finance Group (PSFG) to drive business development, client relationship management, deal structuring, and portfolio monitoring for infrastructure and corporate lending transactions. The role involves handling end-to-end transaction lifecycle management from origination to disbursement and post-disbursement monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and develop new business opportunities in Infrastructure & Structured Finance space

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, promoters, CFOs, banks, financial institutions, and intermediaries

- Structure lending solutions including Project Finance, Structured Finance, Corporate Loans, Bridge Loans, and Working Capital financing

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, risk assessment, and financial modelling

- Prepare Credit Appraisal Notes, term sheets, presentations, and deal summaries for internal approvals

- Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Operations, Treasury, and external stakeholders for smooth transaction execution

- Manage loan documentation, disbursement process, and security creation

- Monitor portfolio performance through periodic reviews, site visits, compliance tracking, and

collection monitoring

- Track sector developments, borrower financial health, and identify early warning signals in the portfolio

- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards

- Support cross-selling opportunities across Aditya Birla Group financial products

Sector Coverage:

Power, Roads, Telecom, Ports, Airports, Railways, Water & Waste Management, Oil & Gas, Logistics, EPC, Cement, Metals, Steel, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Infrastructure and Allied Sectors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA / CA / CFA preferred

- 4-10 years of experience in Project Finance / Structured Finance / Corporate Banking / Infrastructure Finance

- Strong understanding of financial modelling, credit analysis, DSCR, and project evaluation

- Experience in handling infrastructure or large corporate lending transactions

- Excellent relationship management and business development skills

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities

- Exposure to NBFCs, Banks, Infrastructure Finance, or Structured Lending businesses preferred
