Role Overview:

We are looking for a Regional Relationship Head (CA or MBA) for Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai. CTC offered is 45 Lakhs Fixed plus 10 Lakhs Variable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Profitability:

- Assist Zonal Head in delivering budgeted sales volumes, profitability and Fee Income in the designated area.

- Implement business strategy for the Zone and tap local network to achieve budgeted volumes.

- Identify prospective Business houses, Corporates, Intermediaries and Bankers in the designated area and establish relationships to have a healthy pipeline.

2. Client Acquisition:

- Undertake new client acquisition and establish healthy working relationships with existing or target Customers at middle management levels.

- Ensure all sanctions are from bilateral deals with direct client relationship. No syndication or down-sell from other lenders.

3. Operational Effectiveness:

- Drive process efficiencies and faster TATs through strong relationships with stakeholders across processes and functions (Risk, Operations) and direct client relationships.

- Ensure high quality and in-depth credit appraisal.

- Successful cross-selling of other products of ABFL/ABC to potential business groups.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Set high standards of Client Relationship Management.

- Negotiation of Term sheets, NOCs, Pricing etc.

- Utilize wide sector and market knowledge for effective deal structuring and term sheet discussions.

5. Customer Service:

- Maintain constant interactions with clients, ensure effective Customer Service standards and superior client satisfaction.

- Ensure satisfaction for Portfolio clients and effective servicing for various requirements from loan processing to post disbursement requirements like balance confirmations and NOCs.

6. Risk Management and Compliance:

- Conduct portfolio review and ensure strong adherence to risk management, regulatory norms and credit policy.

- Be aware of all critical policies, processes and documentation for all PSFG products and ensure compliance.

- Revisit existing processes or policies and suggest improvements to improve efficiency regarding cost.

7. Portfolio Management:

- Ensure high standards of portfolio management with shared accountability with the Risk Management team.

- Conduct proactive rigorous post disbursement tracking of clients through site visits, financial and operational performance review etc.

- Ensure compliance of all critical policies and procedures, documentary and audit requirements for business proposals and the portfolio on an ongoing basis.
