Industry: NBFC / Banking / Vehicle Finance.
Department: Bucket 6+ & Write-Off Collections.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA Preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage regional recovery operations, NPA and write-off portfolios.
- Lead repossession, settlement and recovery strategies.
- Handle recovery teams, agencies and vendors.
- Drive collection targets and portfolio performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and recovery guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Collections & Recovery.
- Strong expertise in Vehicle Finance, NPA Recovery, Repossession and Settlements.
- Proven leadership and agency management experience.
