Regional Quality Assurance Manager - East

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Quality Assurance Manager to oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety, and quality improvement operations across the East Region 3P (Third-Party Manufacturing) network.

The role will be responsible for ensuring consistent product quality, food safety and regulatory compliance, adherence to quality systems, effective implementation of SOPs, and continuous improvement across all associated manufacturing facilities. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence manufacturing partners and senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.

Candidate Profile:

Education - Mandatory:

B.E./B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Processing, OR M.Sc.

Industry Experience - Mandatory:

- Candidates must have relevant experience specifically from the Food or Beverage Industry.

- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, contract manufacturing/3P operations, quality assurance, or quality control will be relevant.

- Should be functioning as a Quality Assurance Manager at a Regional or Corporate level for at least 10 years.

- Should have experience working in a large-scale manufacturing / organizational setup.

- Should have demonstrated experience working in a matrix organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and verticals.

- Should have a proven ability to influence senior managers and leaders outside the direct reporting chain and drive alignment on quality, food safety, compliance, and improvement priorities.

- Experience managing quality across multiple manufacturing locations / 3P plants will be highly relevant.
