Regional Operations Manager - Lending/NBFC

About the Role:

- We are looking for a hands-on Operations Leader to manage and scale the end-to-end operations of a lending business. This role will drive smooth execution across branches, ensure compliance, and build strong processes as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete operations from loan disbursal to closure

- Oversee branch operations across multiple locations

- Ensure proper handling, tracking, and reconciliation of pledged assets

- Drive compliance and ensure branches are always audit-ready

- Manage collections processes, including delinquency tracking and recovery execution

- Support branch expansion, including setup and operational readiness

- Implement and improve SOPs for consistent execution across branches

- Ensure strong security and control processes for asset handling

- Work closely with risk, product, and tech teams to improve operations

- Track key metrics and drive operational efficiency

What Were Looking For?

- 8-10 years of experience in operations within NBFC, fintech, or lending

- Experience managing multiple branches or field operations

- Strong understanding of collections, compliance, and lending processes

- Exposure to secured lending / asset-backed operations is preferred

- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset (not just team management)

- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
