Regional Operations Head- Coastal Karnataka

Role Summary:

Lead the overall business and operations for the Coastal Karnataka region, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer experience across the store network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the regional P&L and overall business performance.

- Lead operations for 50+ retail stores with an annual business of 150 Crore and above.

- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and cost optimization.

- Ensure excellence in inventory, merchandising, store standards, and customer experience.

- Develop and mentor Area / Store Managers.

- Monitor key business metrics and drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with operational standards and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in multi-store retail operations.

- Experience managing 30+ stores with P&L responsibility and an annual business of 100 Crore or more.

- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational expertise.

- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and deliver business results.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree required.

- MBA preferred.
