Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional trade marketing plans aligned with business and category objectives.
- Drive in-store branding, merchandising, and retail activation initiatives across key channels.
- Design and implement trade schemes, promotions, and outlet-level engagement programs to improve offtake.
- Partner closely with sales and distributor teams to ensure seamless execution across markets.
- Track effectiveness of trade initiatives, analyze market trends, and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA with 6-10 years of experience in trade marketing, customer marketing, or FMCG sales.
- Strong understanding of GT/MT channels and retail execution.
- Experience in consumer goods or food categories preferred.
- Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple markets in a fast-paced business environment.
