Regional Manager Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)

A leading premium entertainment provider with multiple locations across all five states of the South Zone.
Job Summary
The Regional Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple metro, semi-metro, and Tier 1 locations in the South Zone. This role requires managing high-volume, niche, and bulk hiring while building strong partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, salary recommendations, negotiations, and closures across multiple locations.
- Drive high-volume, niche, and bulk hiring initiatives aligned with business requirements.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies using tactical sourcing techniques and employer branding campaigns across platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, social media channels, job fairs, and other relevant forums.
- Utilize psychometric and assessment tools to enhance the quality of hire.
- Build and strengthen employee referral programs by fostering internal partnerships to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage campus hiring initiatives, including bulk hiring from hospitality institutes and relevant educational institutions.
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards to track metrics such as open positions, time-to-hire, cost of hire, and location-wise hiring performance.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, HR, and senior management to understand workforce needs and deliver hiring solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and regional labor regulations.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders across functions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support rapid expansion and workforce planning.
- Provide regular hiring updates and insights to senior leadership.
Incumbent Profile / Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Regional Talent Acquisition professional handling multi-location hiring.
- Strong expertise in managing high-volume, niche, and bulk hiring.
- Ability to work closely with Operations, Sales, and Management teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to Hospitality, QSR, Entertainment, or Service-led industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment analytics is a plus.
