About the Role:

We are hiring on behalf of a high-growth, tech-driven organization operating in the B2B commerce and supply chain ecosystem. The company is focused on transforming Indias food and grocery distribution network through integrated technology platforms spanning marketplace, logistics, fintech, and retail.

The organization is at a critical growth stage and is looking to strengthen its regional supply chain leadership team.

Role Overview:

The Regional Manager Supply Chain will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of supply chain operations across a defined region. This includes managing warehousing, transportation, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery, while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Area Managers / Hub Managers across the region

- Expand supply chain footprint across assigned states, including warehouse and logistics network setup

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations: first-mile, mid-mile, last-mile, fulfillment centers, and reverse logistics

- Ensure high service levels, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with demand planning and sourcing teams to align supply chain execution with business requirements

- Establish and enforce best practices for inventory and stock management, ensuring high accuracy across locations

- Own and manage regional P&L, driving cost optimization and productivity improvements

- Hire, train, and develop high-performing operations teams

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines

- 4 to 5 years of experience in supply chain operations (preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or food & grocery)

- Proven experience in managing multi-location operations and large teams

- Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks

- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

- Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
