Regional Manager - Supply Chain

- Handling end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for the Patna region

- You will be responsible for running multiple warehouses and delivery hubs

- Managing Area Managers / Hub Managers, and ensuring smooth daily operations including first mile, last mile, fulfillment centers, and reverse logistics.

The role also involves:

- Expanding the supply chain footprint in the region

- Hiring, training, and leading operations teams

- Ensuring 100% inventory accuracy and strong process control

- Working closely with demand planning and sourcing teams

- Owning regional P&L, service levels, cost efficiency, and productivity

- This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing B2B / food & grocery / e-commerce setup, ideal for someone who enjoys building operations, scaling teams, and driving performance on the ground.
