Responsibilities:
1. Experience in an Architectural/ Construction Chemicals product Specification role including all aspect of the sales cycle; prospecting of new clients, networking within industries, selling through specification and multiple steps sales processes.
2. Build understanding of Specifiers strategy, marketing and product efforts. Develop view on latent needs and spur interest in key opportunities.
3. Arrange to write down specifications incorporating our products and ensure that the same cannot be easily broken by competitors.
4. To ensure that specifications written covers complete range of MYKS Products
5. To sell specification packages to consultants and customers so as to ensure that our products are incorporated in the tender stage it-self.
6. Build strong links with "Elite" Architects & Consultants and become socially comfortable with them.
7. Getting the product specification from the existing and prospective client, helping them understand as how our product may be a best fit in their requirements.
8. Conducting Product presentations / Product Sampling to get our product approved.
9. Product application support whenever required.
10. Liaison with Project Sales team for converting the BOQs to sale.
11. Should have experience in filing tenders.
