
Leading global education and assessment organization expanding its Schools English portfolio across South India. This role owns end-to-end acquisition of new schools and school groups, including prospecting, conversion, and first-cycle delivery. The position operates as a high-ownership individual contributor role with strong regional mandate and senior stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new school and school group acquisition across South India
- Identify, engage, and convert schools into authorised centres and long-term partners
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to agreement closure
- Deliver first delivery cycle before handover to key account teams
- Represent the organization with school leadership, boards, and influencers
- Drive regional GTM initiatives in collaboration with academic and operations teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of business development or institutional sales experience
-Strong exposure to K-12 schools or education-focused B2B services
- Proven track record of acquiring new institutional partners
- Ability to engage senior school leadership and decision-makers
- Self-driven, high ownership mindset with strong regional execution capability
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India
