
Leading global education and assessment organization expanding its Schools English portfolio across North India. This role owns end-to-end new school acquisition, including identification, engagement, conversion, and first-cycle delivery of partner schools and school groups. The position operates as an individual contributor with strong regional ownership and senior stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new business acquisition of schools and school groups across assigned North India territories
- Identify, engage, and convert schools into authorised centres and long-term partners
- Manage end-to-end conversion cycle from prospecting to agreement closure
- Deliver first delivery cycle before transition to key account management teams
- Represent the organization with school leadership, boards, and education influencers
- Drive regional GTM initiatives in coordination with internal academic and operations teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of business development or partnerships experience
- Strong exposure to K-12 schools or education-focused B2B services
- Proven track record of acquiring new institutional clients
- Comfort engaging with school leadership and decision-makers
- High ownership, self-driven, and capable of operating independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India
