
Job Purpose:
Drive regional sales growth by effectively managing the sales team, dealer network, supply forecasting, collections, and market share expansion in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence
- Lead and deploy sales teams to improve market penetration and customer acquisition
- Manage dealer and channel relationships to ensure profitable growth
- Forecast demand, manage order booking, and coordinate with supply chain for timely availability
- Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand and sales proposition
- Ensure timely collection of sales receivables and control outstanding dues
- Monitor competition and customer preferences to increase regional market share
