Role Overview:
As Regional Manager - You will lead a team of Sales Representatives/Senior Sales Representatives and own the complete territory performance including Sales Volume, Gross Margin, and Overdues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with PU strategy
- Deliver financial targets (Volume, GM, Cash Flow)
- Lead annual business planning with distributors/channel partners
- Drive forecasting, reporting, and timely performance interventions
- Manage large distributor relationships and senior-level negotiations
- Ensure HSSE, ethical compliance, and brand standards
- Coach and develop the sales team to enhance capability and performance
- Improve customer experience and drive standardization of sales offers
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 2+ years of team management experience
- Strong track record of delivering sales targets
- Experience managing large distributors and strategic negotiations
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills
- This role involves up to 25% travel and offers strong career growth within a globally respected brand.
