Regional Manager - Dealer Network (West / South India)

Role Overview :
The Regional Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the dealer network across the assigned region (West or South India), driving market penetration, and achieving sales and profitability targets. This role carries complete ownership of regional performance including network expansion, sales, dealer profitability, and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and expand dealer network across Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities
- Drive regional sales performance and market share growth
- Develop and manage dealer profitability and operations
- Execute regional go-to-market and BTL strategies
- Own regional P&L and business planning
- Lead and develop a team of Area Sales Managers
Candidate Profile :
- 12 - 15 years of experience in the automobile industry
- Mandatory experience in dealer network development
- Strong exposure to regional sales and P&L management
- Experience managing large dealer networks and field teams
- Strong strategic, leadership, and execution skills
- Exposure to new brand launches preferred
