Regional Manager - Fashion Retail (Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Kolkata)

Location: Delhi | Mumbai | Bangalore | Kolkata (On-site / frequent travel across assigned region)

Role Type: Full-time - Senior Management

Experience: 8-12 years (with 3-4 years in regional / cluster leadership preferred)


About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Regional Manager to lead retail operations for a leading fashion brand. You will own region-level P&L metrics, drive sales and margin growth, build a high-performing store leadership bench, and ensure consistent brand experience across stores.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines commercial ownership, people leadership, and operational rigor.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple stores / clusters within the assigned region to meet revenue, margin and KPI targets.

- Drive sales performance, conversion rates, and average transaction value through actionable plans and coaching.

- Ensure operational excellence store standards, visual merchandising, inventory controls, SOP adherence and loss prevention.

- Recruit, train, motivate and develop Cluster Managers and Store Managers; run performance reviews and succession planning.

- Monitor regional KPIs; analyze store performance and implement remedial and growth initiatives.

- Build strong customer engagement programs to enhance footfall, loyalty and repeat purchase.

- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, VM, supply chain and HR to ensure right assortment, promotions and workforce planning.

- Own regional planning - manpower forecasting, store openings, local marketing activations and budgeting.

- Represent the brand in the market, build local partnerships and manage escalations proactively.


Required Profile:

- 8-12 years in retail (fashion/apparel/lifestyle), with minimum 34 years in regional / cluster / multi-store leadership.

- Strong commercial acumen with proven track record of driving sales and operational KPIs.

- Excellent people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset - comfortable with dashboards, Excel and performance reporting.

- Strong communication and decision-making capabilities; customer-first orientation.

- Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic retail environment.
