Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Regional Manager West to lead sales, operations, and execution across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) under both COCO and Franchisee models. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and people leadership across the West region.

The role requires a strong retail operator with deep exposure to apparel retail, merchandise performance, store operations, and regional stakeholder management, along with the ability to drive consistent execution in a multi-store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Revenue & Profitability:

- Own regional sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability across EBOs.

- Monitor store-wise performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics.

- Drive corrective actions to improve sell-through, conversion, and ATV.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Retail Operations & SOP Compliance:

- Oversee end-to-end store operations ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards.

- Ensure operational excellence across COCO and Franchisee stores.

- Monitor audits, compliance, and operational hygiene across locations.

Merchandise Performance & Regional Relevance:

- Track merchandise performance and optimize category, depth, and replenishment.

- Align assortments with regional fashion trends and consumer preferences.

- Coordinate with buying and merchandising teams for stock optimization.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:

- Lead, mentor, and guide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) for effective execution.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of store teams.

- Build a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.

New Store Launches & Network Expansion:

- Lead new store launches, from pre-opening readiness to post-launch stabilization.

- Support distribution network expansion and franchise onboarding.

- Ensure timely execution and operational readiness for new locations.

Stakeholder & Franchisee Management:

- Build strong relationships with franchise partners, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

- Act as the primary escalation point for regional issues and resolutions.

- Drive alignment between franchise partners and brand objectives.

Data Analysis & Business Insights:

- Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and gaps.

- Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior leadership.

- Use data-driven insights to improve execution and decision-making.

Key Performance Areas (KRAs):

- Regional revenue growth and profitability

- Store productivity and operational compliance

- Merchandise sell-through and inventory efficiency

- Team performance and ASM effectiveness

- Successful execution of new store launches

- Franchisee satisfaction and stakeholder alignment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

- 13 to 18 years of experience in apparel / fashion retail operations

- Strong exposure to EBO management (COCO & Franchisee)

- Proven experience managing large regional store networks

- Strong understanding of merchandising, store operations, and sales execution

Good-to-Have:

- Experience working with national or fast-scaling retail brands

- Exposure to multi-city or high-footfall retail formats

- Strong understanding of regional fashion and consumer behavior
