Job Title: Zonal Business Head

Department: Sales

Role Overview

Responsible for driving sales and business growth in the assigned region by managing key developer and broker relationships, leading a sales team, and delivering on revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve regional sales and revenue objectives (- 30-50 Cr monthly B2B sales).

- Lead, mentor, and manage Account Managers to ensure high performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Category A & B developers and brokers.

- Drive market expansion through strategic planning and execution.

- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with client needs.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape for business advantage.

Skills & Experience

- 8-10 years of B2B/corporate sales; real estate/digital advertising preferred.

- Proven experience in high-value sales with team management.

- Strong client networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in competitive markets.

Education

MBA (mandatory); Tier-1/Tier-2 institute preferred.
