Regional Manager in a leading PMS (Native Telugu Speaker Preferred)
Salary: 25 LPA - 30 LPA
Description:
- The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving business development, distribution partnerships, and client acquisition. The role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, PMS & AIF products, and the HNI ecosystem.
Following are some of the responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for PMS and AIF products within the assigned geography.
- Build and manage relationships with Wealth Managers, IFAs, Private Bankers, Family Offices, and Direct HNI clients.
- Conduct regular presentations, product training sessions, and investment seminars for channel partners and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and distribution networks.
- Work closely with the investment and product teams to provide market feedback and enhance offerings.
- Ensure sales targets, compliance standards, and reporting requirements are met consistently.
- Represent the firm at industry forums, partner events, and regional investor interactions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within geography
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Atleast 7 years of experience in investment product distribution (PMS/AIF/Mutual Funds/Wealth Management).
- Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio strategies, and regulatory frameworks (SEBI guidelines).
- Proven track record in managing regional sales, client relationships, and distributor networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
