About the Opportunity:

We are hiring for a renowned financial institution (NBFC/SFB category) with a strong pan-India presence and deep focus on secured lending products for the MSME and self-employed segment. This opening is a confidential mandate through a leading recruitment consulting partner.

Role Overview:

As a Regional Manager - Micro LAP, you'll be responsible for managing a cluster of ~15 branches, driving growth in small-ticket Loan Against Property (LAP), ensuring risk compliance, and leading a team to deliver on disbursement and collection targets.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the Micro LAP business for your region (12-15 branches)

- Deliver disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality

- Lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams across branches

- Collaborate with risk, credit, and operations to ensure process compliance

- Monitor competitor moves and market trends for strategic decision-making

- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and audit readiness

Must-Have Requirements:

- 10-12 years of experience in NBFC/SFB, with strong Micro LAP or Secured Loan exposure

- Experience in handling regional/multi-branch operations

- Strong grip on credit processes, field-based assessments, and collections

- Track record of team management and regional P&L responsibility
