Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Regional HR professional for a leading Quick Commerce organization based in Delhi NCR. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end HR strategy aligned with rapid business growth, ensuring robust people practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, shaping workforce strategy, strengthening organizational capability, and ensuring compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Drive end-to-end HR strategy aligned with regional and business growth objectives.

- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR inputs on organization design and workforce planning.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Talent & Workforce Management:

- Lead strategic workforce planning and regional manpower optimization.

- Drive regional talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with hiring teams.

- Oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline development.

Performance, Engagement & ER:

- Manage employee relations, ensuring positive industrial relations and grievance redressal.

- Drive performance management systems and build a high-performance culture.

- Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and productivity.

Learning & Development:

- Lead training & development initiatives for capability building across levels.

- Identify skill gaps and design learning interventions aligned with business needs.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.

- Drive HR audits and ensure best practices in HR governance and documentation.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

- Leverage HR analytics and dashboards for decision-making and reporting to leadership.

- Track key HR metrics related to attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and leadership teams to drive people initiatives.

- Support large-scale change management and transformation projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, or Logistics

- Strong experience in regional HR leadership roles in high-growth, fast-paced environments

- Deep understanding of HR strategy, ER, compliance, talent management, and workforce planning

- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence stakeholders

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting

- Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills
