The Regional Manager will drive business growth and market expansion by managing key B2B partnerships across retailers and manufacturers in assigned Indian territories. This role focuses on target delivery, strategic account management, and scaling the category through rigorous on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key B2B partnerships with retailers and industry stakeholders
- Drive regional business targets and category growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand market presence and improve retail performance
- Execute on-ground activation, training, and engagement programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Track performance metrics and drive data-led decision making
- Travel extensively across regions to manage partnerships and execution
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10 years in B2B sales, key account management, or retail sales within the Luxury, High-end Lifestyle, Premium Retail, or FMCG/FMCD sectors.
- Track Record: Proven ability to drive target growth and manage large-scale accounts.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business planning expertise.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial "out of the box" thinker with high ownership and target-driven mindset who thrives in a lean, collaborative environment.
- Strong execution capability with attention to detail
- Travel Expectation: Integral part of the profile, primarily involving domestic travel. 50-70% of the time.
