Role Overview
- The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring credit quality, and overseeing collections and portfolio performance across assigned regions.
- The role requires a strong background in sales, operations, and team leadership, with a focus on strategic business planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales operations to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Oversee credit quality, collections, and overall portfolio health for the region.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across financial products such as FDs/NCDs, lockers, mutual funds, and insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutions, and partners.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support regional growth strategies.
- Manage and develop regional teams, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Ensure all operations comply with RBI/SEBI regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with senior management on forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives and enhance brand visibility across the region.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in BFSI, NBFC, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in regional business leadership, credit operations, and sales growth.
- Experience managing multi-location teams and handling large business portfolios.
